Christmas dresses for girls: velvet, tartan, red tulle

Toddler and baby Christmas dresses
For the smallest sizes the same fabrics come in shorter cuts. The Baby Girl Velvet Dress in Black with Tulle, the Baby Black Dress with Red Underskirt and the baby Warrior Princess Dress all start at size 68 (about 6 months). Most families match by colour, not by print. A tartan dress next to a grey knit works, and so does black velvet next to red. For brothers and babies, our kids Christmas sweaters are knitted, not printed, in grey and pink. If she is between two sizes, take the larger one: our cut is slim and European, and a Christmas dress with room in it often lasts a second December. What colour should a girl's Christmas dress be?
Red, deep green and black velvet are the classics, and tartan combines all three. Grey velvet is the quieter choice if she doesn't like red. Black works for any celebration in December and goes with everything else she owns.
Are these dresses only for Christmas?
No. There are no holiday prints on them. The velvet and tartan dresses are just as right for a winter wedding, a recital or a family birthday, which is why we make them to last for more than one season and be handed down.

From size 68 (about 6 months) to 176 (about 16 years). Not every dress comes in every size. The sizes in stock are shown on each product page, and the size guide tells you which height matches which age.
Is there wool in them? Will velvet be too warm?
There is no wool. Every piece we make is vegan, made without any animal-derived materials. The fabric of each dress is listed on its product page. Velvet is the warmest of these; for a heated room, the tartan and tulle dresses are lighter.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
We ship from Hannover with DHL, tracked, and deliver duty-paid to the US. If the dress has to arrive by a particular day, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it will.
